Today was an interesting day for me I may say. I pulled a muscle in my back from falling at home this weekend so I was not able to lift or do as much work as I would on a normal day. What I did was count out DARE books for the police officers and place stickers on the back for sponsor purposes. Cindy was so compassionate and understanding with my situation. She helped my lift boxes and did not have me do anything that strained my injury and I was really appreciative of this , it meant alot. Again at the end of class I led the children out of the saftey village today, I gave it all the energy I had ... I think I did well even with an injury. Honestly working with them makes me smile , I love coming to work and spending half the day with them.
